The Governing body meets regularly to review the CIES topics, validate reports and the requests from the commissions, and votes for new members. It also decides on all the decisions relating to the main strategic orientations of the CIES: economic, human resources, and financial, etc.; it validates and plans meetings concerning all the members.


The Governing body defines the principles guiding its relations with the socio-economic partners as well as with the national and international organizations involved in its fields of activity, in particular for the promotion of investments.
